It is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.
A real house of character, it represents calm and relaxation in the Drôme Provençale in the middle of wild nature. It offers a breathtaking view of the hills and the Mont Ventoux.

It is spacious, bright and perfectly equipped.PGJyPg�PGJyPgA few steps from the village you will find all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, delicatessen, restaurant, post office, hairdresser, health home, beautician.
Fully restored villa of 190m2 with private swimming pool of 12mx5m without vis-à-vis and view of the surrounding nature. It is also a stone's throw from the village of Saint-Restitut by road or woods.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
You will find most of the living rooms on the first floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living room.
2 king size beds 180x200 with the possibility of making 4 beds 90x200 (request it when booking).

Master suite upstairs, private terrace with a view of the Mont-Ventoux, ideal for quiet breakfasts with your partner, king size bed 180x200, TV, cupboard and separate toilet.
All rooms are equipped with wardrobe, excellent bedding and its own bathroom with shower.

The Eden of Mila is located at the crossroads of very famous tourist places such as the castle of Grignan, the crocodile farm, the Chauvet cave, the Ardèche gorges, the castle of Suze la Rousse, the troglodyte village of Barry.

Smoking is strictly forbidden within the house. As the house is located in an area with a severe risk of fire, smoking is not allowed in nature. Ashtrays are available on the terrace.
Pets are not allowed.
The cottage does not have specific facilities for people with reduced mobility, due to the presence of steps inside and outside.
In order to preserve the calm and serenity of the place, we invite you to respect the neighborhood, especially by limiting noise. As the accommodations are dedicated to peaceful stays, parties and evenings are not allowed.

In order to respect this environment, the land has been preserved in its natural state, with rocks and differences in level. We invite parents to be particularly vigilant: children remain under their supervision and responsibility.
