Plot of 1100m2 out of sight and view of the hill, pool house, 1 toilet and separate shower, 3 terraces, plancha and barbecue.
The house has storage in each room and all the necessary equipment in summer and winter. It is equipped to accommodate 12 people and secure for the little ones.
First floor, the entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen then a large veranda overlooking the garden, 2 living rooms with televisions, 1 dining room.
On the 1st floor only 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed are not air-conditioned but equipped with fans, one of which opens onto a magnificent air-conditioned library with television, toilet and shower room.
On the 2nd floor 4 bedrooms with 140 cm bed each, bathroom and toilet.
The children on arrival say "it's a castle" and the parents answer "it's exceptional, it's a museum"
