In the heart of the perched village of La Garde-Adhémar, classified among The Most Beautiful Villages of France, discover La Closerie d'Escalin. This characterful house with a walled garden, shaded terraces and open-air jacuzzi is ideal for moments of absolute relaxation with family or friends.
Entirely renovated while preserving its old-world charm (exposed stonework, antique furniture), La Closerie d'Escalin, classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
On the ground floor:
•Entrance with guest WC
•Fitted kitchen
•Dining room with large wooden table and direct access to the panoramic vaulted terrace offering a postcard view of the valley and garden
•TV lounge area, games room with table football and board games (Uno, Scrabble, card games)
Upstairs:
•5 unique and air-conditioned rooms:

od'Escalin: 1 bed 160x200
oTilleul: 1 bed 160x200
oGuêpier: 1 bed 160x200
oLinette: dormitory with 4 single beds 90x200, with access to a private terrace

Behind the dining room, a secret garden opens between stone walls:

•Shaded garden lounge for naps or aperitifs

•Vaulted cellar to enjoy a cool evening

•Jacuzzi not usable as a swimming pool (water to be replaced if soiled, possible billing upon departure)

•Late departure possible off-season (until 3 pm) for €99 – upon request
•Private parking for 4/5 vehicles in front of "CLOSERIE D'ESCALIN" signs, public parking 5 minutes walk away
•Pets accepted (2 maximum) – Supplement of €20 per animal / stay
•Bed linen and towels included (bath towels for the jacuzzi not included)
