The house is small but cozy, PET FRIENDLY, & has a great outdoor shower & private backyard. The incredible MTK beach is a 5min stroll away. Private, quiet + efficient w/all beach gear provided. Need to work while beaching? Use the Private Offc & FiberOptic Wifi.
This is a great place to bring your Best Couple, your Bestie, or maybe just yourself for an outstanding beach weekend in Montauk. Ric's house was beautiful and unbeatable location, walking distance to the beach and very close to downtown. We had a great day and Ric very communicative before we arrived and as we were there about any updates for the property

Well maintained, comfortable & cozy home. The parking pass and access to quiet beaches was a pleasant bonus. We enjoyed our stay!
