Nestled on 2 sides by State Preserve, this is a charming, quiet, private, 2 bedroom beach house is steps away from the ocean with water views. Well maintained and apointed. Excellent light throughout. Open living plan / kitchen / dining area, with wood burning stove. Top of the line stainless steel appliances. Queen bed master, Guest bedroom / office with Queen Murphy bed. Sliders lead to a large East facing blue-stone patio, propane grill, an outdoor shower, with an expansive fenced-in, dog-safe yard & a CAPTIVATING view!
4 minutes by foot to miles of pristine ocean beaches.
6 minutes by foot to downtown shops, restaurants, bars and transportation.

Great property and a great location. The house is a 6 minute walk to the beach and 9 minutes to the Grocery store and downtown shops and restaurants. We timed this to tell our friends as we were so happy about this locationSpacious back yard that our dog loved. We had several deer in the front yard every morning. We enjoyed watching them as we had morning coffees.Really nice deck in the back yard with a water view. Nice place for us to sit and have an evening cocktail.Quiet Street and neighborhood. We slept with the windows open some nights.

This property is perfect for a peaceful Montauk getaway. Clean, well-appointed (AC units in all rooms, nice kitchen appliances and accessories, outdoor grill and patio furniture, etc.) and a beautiful backyard for our dog to run around in with a view onto Fort Pond. The owner, Mike, is very easy to communicate with and was attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
