One Bedroom, One Bath unit across the street from Ocean Beach with all new fixtures, fully loaded kitchen, Carrera Marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. 46 inch flatscreen in living room, and flatscreen in bedroom as well. Pull- out Queen size bed in Living Room. Sliding door opens up to gorgeous view of pool and ocean at same time. Down the block from the World Famous Gurney's Inn & Spa. Next door to Surfside Restaurant. Walking distance to town. Linens provided.

Excellent property in a great location. Nice to have a quiet relaxing stay and be so close to town. Suzanne was an amazing host and was always quick to respond to any inquiries. Would love to stay again.

We've been staying here for several years. and it's always a great experience spending time at Suzanne's property. Perfect location if you want to spend time on the beach while also being at walking distance to town. The condo is lovely, clean and comfortable. We will be back next summer.
