Spacious family home within walking distance of beautiful Lake Erie for stunning sunsets. The home is close to Erie's most popular spots.
Downtown, Downs Casino and Splash Lagoon are less than 15 minutes away. Presque Isle and Waldamir are only 20 minutes away.
Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood.
Family home with a small backyard MAXIMUM GUEST CAPACITY: This home is equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, please contact the host for your visit. Parking for 2 cars at the home.
HOUSE RULES:
Please respect the neighborhood and be quiet after 10:00 PM. No smoking, vaping, housekeeping, or illegal activity allowed fee- $500

It’s in a peaceful quiet neighborhood and some cute little look out points walking distance from the house. A 15/20 minute drive from all the attractions you would want to explore in the area. Grill is broken being my only complaint, and be careful on the steep stairs in the front. My mother in law fell and ended up getting injured.

Well kept home in quite neighborhood within short drive to Erie beaches. It was a nice place for our family for the short weekend trip for my grandson's soccer tournament. it was nice staying in a house with a kitchen rather than a hotel room.

This place was a home away from home. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall well maintained.
