Beautiful, cozy lake view property with a short drive to presque park beaches. Beautiful view at sunset right from the window. There is also a park and splash park right across the street that was wonderful for our son to play at. The only complaint we had was loud music from some people at the park one night that kept our baby up, other wise we had a fantastic time and recommend it!

Easy check in. Provides shampoo , conditioner and tooth paste which I haver never seen with a vbro. Items very much appreciated. Great view of the water. Allowed our German shepherd which was a huge plus.

My wife and I stayed at this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location above the Bay was beautiful. We are avid walkers so we walked to the marina and piers that we could look out over from the front porch. The view across the bay is Presque Isle. We took a drive all the way around the peninsula. It is full of history and nature. The owner did a very nice job updating an older house. It's very homey.

Nicely decorated, comfy, welcoming house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Nick quickly responded when I had trouble with the key code for the lock. Great location with a stellar view of the lake and sunset from the porch. NearPreque Isle state park I hope to stay here again!!

Everything about this house was perfect for the long weekend spent here with friends. Just enough space for us to have privacy, and also hang out and watch a movie after a long day of exploring the town. The location was right where we needed to be as it was central to all the plans we had while there. The house was very clean and comfortable, and I have no complaints! Nick was very quick to respond when I had questions, and very accommodating during the booking process. Definitely will be staying here again if I find myself back in Erie!

We loved Nick's place. The view on the bay was beautiful and we could see the marina just below us. The house was clean and tidy and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We had a little trouble getting in the front lock the first time but Nick responded to our cry for help immediately and all was well. Would definitely book again.

Was a very easy check in. Very clean & furnished property. Amenities were great. Vent in bathroom didn’t work, so very hot & steamy in there. Air conditioning was not very cold upstairs. Should have railings on bottom outside stairs. Was slippery in the rain. But overall it was a fabulous place to stay overall

We had a wonderful time ! You have a whole park for your front yard. Paths, playground, splash pad, and views to die for. We watched every sunset. The inside was gorgeous and tons of room. We really enjoyed this house ! Only con was the front porch was really really dirty. My kids had to clean the porch floors but the rest needs it bad. Worth every penny !

Stayed the weekend at this great location on the shore of Lake Erie with 4 friends. A beautiful view! The home seemed newly renovated with bedding, towels, soap, and shampoo provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Also had spices and keurig coffee machine w/cups provided. Just a 15 minute walk to the waterfront.
