Newly restored, The Cozy Gray Cottage has a king size bed and ready to be your home-away-from-home and gateway to some of Erie’s beautiful parks, restaurants, shopping, universities, & hospitals.

Located next to the highway this hidden gem is the perfect getaway for single travelers, couples, or families and can accommodate up to 6 guest.

1950’s Cozy Gray Cottage is located in a residential neighborhood on a dead-end street.

8 min. drive to Erie Intl. Airport, LECOM Campus, Waldameer, & Presque isle state park and beaches.

CONVENIENT single floor living with EVERYTHING located on first floor of home.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2-3): Nestled at the back of the home is the 3rd and largest bedroom.

This home has 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

✗ We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Hallway linen closet located next to the bathroom is stocked with extra bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, designated make-up towels, and extra pillows.

On site washer & dryer are available for guest to use, along with-

Front porch has 5 steps to climb before entering the home.
The cozy gray cottage is surrounded by lush landscaping, tall shady trees, and large yard.

PARKING
The property has a long gravel driveway that can accommodate up to 4 medium size cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, street parking is not permitted.

❖ We require all bookings to sign a rental agreement online in order to protect our home and insure all our guest have a great experience, It’s quick & easy!

✗ no locals are permitted to rent or stay at the house, unless special request is granted.

HOUSE RULES:
All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement with-in 48 hrs of booking.

MUST be 25 years or older to book a reservation.

Please respect check-in & check-out time.

No unregistered guest allowed.

Please respect the noise curfew 10pm - 8am

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

No smoking inside or near the home: includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and hookah.

No parties or events allowed.

Please NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

Please clean up after yourself.

Please turn off baseboard heat in 3rd bedroom and all lights when you leave the home.

Please take care of the furnishings. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged.

Please take the trash out before leaving.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

No pets allowed.

Please take shoes off when inside home.

No open flames or candles.

Respect our neighbors.

SECURITY CAMERAS
3 exterior, ring security camera/ audio devices, recording 24/7, not actively monitored (unless neighbors call). 2 cameras located on the side entrance facing driveway, the other is a ring doorbell on front door facing the street. Absolutely NO cameras INSIDE my home, and no cameras facing the backyard.
