We were happy to find a pet friendly spot right in the heart of Erie. Enjoyed walking the dog down Millionaires row and our teenage boys played football in the park almost every night. The house was decorated super cute and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to sit on the porch and have morning coffee.

Everything with this property was great. We were in town for a family wedding and the space was great for our family and our other family members. There is a park right outside the front door and the location is convenient to Presque Isle as well. There was also a great bakery a couple of blocks away.

There was no grab bar to get in the bathtub for senior citizens. No safety guard at the top of the stairs; as a result my 74 year old brother fell down the stairs and spent time in the hospital, he was lucky to survive that fall. I reported it to owner “Brian” with hope it gets fixed & this does not happen to someone else. The cleaning girl was excellent and gave us a beautiful mixed fruit cake as welcoming gift, she deserves five stars!!!
