Superb 65 m2 crossing apartment located on the top floor, in a listed building in the Old Port.
Enjoy an ideal location with 2 majestic views.
On the living room side, 2 bay windows offer you an incredible panorama on the hill of Notre-Dame de la Garde and the Old Port, a breathtaking spectacle. In terms of bedroom and kitchen, a view of one of the most beautiful buildings in the city: The Hôtel-Dieu (which now houses an InterContinental hotel), a former hospital from the 16th century, reclassified as a palace at the start of the 21st century.
From the apartment everything is done and can be visited on foot: museums (Mucem etc.), shops and tourist activities.

The apartment is composed as follows:
An entrance leading to the large kitchen on the right with a view of the Hôtel-Dieu.
Opposite, access to the bathroom and air-conditioned bedroom with a view of Hôtel-Dieu.
On the left, a large living room with dining room and a terrace with breathtaking views of the hill of Notre-Dame de la Garde.
The apartment La Belle Vue is managed by Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present you the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Access to the apartment:
From the St Charles train station: Metro M1La Fourragère stop Vieux Port or Colbert (7-9 minutes walk from the apartment)
Parking: Parking Q-Park Marseille Vieux-Port
Velib station: Station n° 1002 Hotel de Ville

La Belle Vue A truly wonderful place to stay for my wife and I. The views were stunning and just like the photos. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and very well kept. The location is superb where all the cafes, restaurants, shops, bars are all walkable within minutes but it is peaceful enough that you are not disturbed at night time. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom which was really handy as temperatures were very high during the night time. The host is very helpful and responsive which all helps to make a great experience. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.
