Good location. Nice lighting. Nice kitchen area. Air conditioning was a definite plus.
Apartment needs maintenance. Power outlets falling out of wall, water heater in shower is terrible and needs replacing. Portable shower head unusable and would not stop leaking water, only permanent head on ceiling working. The water took a long time to change temperature after turning knobs.
