Spacious Chalet For Wine Lovers, Fishing Enthusiasts and Naturists. Includes a private pond and access to acres of woods. Located in the center of Ohio's wine country, the Chalet is within 5 miles of lake Erie right behind the Spire Institute. This location also makes a great accommodation for wine excursions, girls weekends, wedding rehearsal dinners, reunions and athletes in training at the Spire.
Unique benefits of this home include a private setting, air conditioning, fishing pond, orchard, gazebo, deck, four balconies, two brick fireplaces, game room, jacuzzi tub, large master bedroom with oak flooring, three huge bedrooms upstairs with two sitting areas and pull out couches, three tiled bathrooms, large open sun room, outdoor grill, huge picnic table, and much more.
Our Barn & Outdoor Setting might also be available for group weddings, events & reunions. Just ask to book seperately. Our on-site winery is open only on limited days during 2023. We will be focusing on growing the vineyard and expanding our wine inventory.
