This is a private, 1,400 sq ft walk-out apartment on the Ashtabula River. Owners live upstairs - you may sometimes hear us or our 3 small friendly dogs.
Sleeps: 8 comfortably (up to 12 if sharing beds) - 7 beds
What's Outside:
• 3,000 ft of river access - swim, fish, rock beaches, falls
• New hot tub for 7 + deck overlooking the river
• Fireplace, hanging swings, observation deck
• 9-hole frisbee golf, archery, cornhole, Eagle Park
Inside: Full kitchen, karaoke, board games, puzzles, all comforts of home.
Private & Secure: Your space has its own lock. Only shared spaces are the river and the parking lot. Hot tub is serviced in the morning - you can pick a time.
Pets welcome, no fee.
Location: Minutes to Smolen-Gulf Covered Bridge, Geneva-on-the-Lake, wineries, Lake Erie beaches.
Safety: Watch small children near ropes - steep drop offs. Do not cross ropes or rails. Generator and snow plowing included. Bed tax added at checkout.

Easily one of the best hosts we’ve ever had! Views are beautiful, the suite is comfy and homey. The owners put so much thought into details that made our stay above and beyond. Lots of fuzzy blankets, candles around the home and even a vase of fresh flowers and muffins for us! Our bed was so comfortable… I got great sleep! They were so communicative and accommodating. They have made a return customer out of us! We can’t wait to come back! Oh and let’s not forget the hot tub. So relaxing to sit in there and take in the views and sounds of nature. Absolutely wonderful stay! 10/10!

This was our second time staying here and honestly it is BREATHTAKING. The hosts are absolutely amazing and so accommodating and responsive. It is now a family favorite and we will be coming back again and again!!!! I only wish we knew about this place sooner!!

We stayed for a meet at Spire. The house and setting on the river is beautiful and the hosts were excellent. Looking forward to next year!

We had a good stay! Overall we had a good time except for a few things. Firstly the sheets in 2 bedrooms were soiled and not fresh sheets. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guests stay. Secondly, the refrigerator both inside and out was dirty and we had to clean it both inside and out before putting our groceries in. And lastly the kitchen exhaust wouldn’t work which made the whole house smell of food when we cooked. There was a bit much dust on the fans and furniture too. We would definitely go back, if these issues are addressed. The view is awesome and in general the place is clean with the hot tub being very clean along with the bathrooms and dishes in the kitchen. We expected to use the gas fire pit outside but there was no full gas cylinders in the fire pit which is something that’s advertised and hence expected. We loved the property and would love to return.
