The home has an updated kitchen, a large two-tier deck overlooking the water with a firepit & grill—perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and everything in between. It also has a cozy fireplace in the main living room for the cooler months.

Stayed for several days around New Year’s with a group of family and friends. Warm and cozy home kept us safe from the snowfall coming down and provided beautiful views of the lake! Communication with host was excellent, even went out of their way to help us to successfully operate the hot tub (which was great in the chilly weather) on a holiday. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants and the Vincent William Winery in North Madison. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

The house was great overall. It was VERY cold and windy when we visited, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space at all, which stinks because it looks awesome out there. Because it was very cold when we visited, we were a little short on blankets. We had to borrow some from family that lives in the area during our stay. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on. Everyone was complaining about sleeping on the bare mattress protector. These are pretty minor issues for what was an overall great stay in a very nice house.

Lakeview had stunning sunsets. Great setup and location for a family get together. Easy access to beach. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had a great time.
