The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it`s at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony, which is accessible from the living room.
There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleeping up to 6 people. This doesn`t count the bonus den space which can be used as an office if you need to work while you vacation. Cap off sun-kissed days at the beach by soaking up breathtaking sunsets! This contemporary coastal condo boasts a balcony with sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf shores.
The condo building is flanked by the Mexican Gulf and the Intercoastal waterway. You will enjoy a sweeping view of the beach and the Gulf, above all adjacent buildings; spectacular sunset from the 8th floor balcony. The white sandy beach is your private backyard, graced by herons and pelicans – perfect for jogging, walking or building a sandcastle. Everything with this condo was great from beginning to end. My family enjoyed our week staying here and it was nice having a clean, comfortable space to come back to after a long day at the beach!

The property manager was amazing, they went above and beyond regarding everything, thanks to you!A lot of little extras in the unit which was great.The only negative on the unit was the beach chairs. They are more like lawn chairs (sits high up), versus the lower Tommy Bahama beach chairs, so we ended up renting chairs plus a wagon ().
