Sand Castle I 307 is a direct Gulf-front condo with great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from our 3rd floor balcony. Watch the beach and sunsets from the large 23 foot balcony with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size and a single bed. The den has a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs, basic cable service and DVD players. The living room has a small stereo system with a CD player. The unit has free internet and phone service. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been remodeled and the unit is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. The unit is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer.
The Sand Castle I complex has a large beach-side heated pool and hot tub. The beachfront area has a lush tropical garden and a barbeque area overlooking the Gulf. There is an assigned parking space under the building for this condo.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
