Directly on the beach, this newly decorated Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, corner unit with a wrap around balcony is your slice of paradise. Corner units have extra windows for natural light and amazing water views. The solid floors and new decor provide a clean fresh look and feel to make the most relaxing vacation. All 3 bedrooms have TV's and views of water, take your pick on what to watch! The bedding is a King in the master, 2 Doubles in the 2nd, and a Twin in the 3rd bedroom. The condo has 1 DVD player, a Stereo w/CD, Free secure Wifi and a Washer/Dryer inside. The property has a heated pool with a hot tub. Free Guest Perks available.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
