Welcome to your relaxing beachfront retreat at Sand Castle I. This third-floor Gulf-front condo offers a spacious, comfortable, and well-kept place to enjoy the best of beachside living, with beautiful Gulf views, easy access to the sand, and plenty of room for families or extended stays. The corner unit has a wrap-around balcony for additional outdoor private space as well.
Inside, guests will appreciate the roomy layout, comfortable living spaces, clean interior, and well-stocked kitchen that makes dining in simple and convenient. The Gulf-front ensuite bedroom features a king bed, beautiful water views, and a step-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed plus a twin bed, while the third bedroom offers an additional twin bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups.
One of the standout features of this condo is the wraparound balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee, casual meals, sunset views, or simply relax while listening to the waves. Extra windows bring in natural light and showcase the beachfront setting, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere throughout the condo.
Sand Castle I also offers excellent amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable, including a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill area, assigned covered parking space, and a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
