Pelican Pointe is a unique and well maintained community with only 14 other units sitting right on the beach. You’re only a hop, skip and jump away from the stunning teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and many picturesque viewpoints. Enjoy a home away from home with plenty of sun and sand at your fingertips. Located on the West Coast of Florida, Pelican Pointe offers many amenities to completely satisfy your stay.
This spacious condo features a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a granite breakfast bar and bar stools for extra seating. It opens up to the dining area with a large table seating 6 people comfortably. There are two glass sliding doors opening up to the double-wide balcony furnished with two reclining lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a patio table with 4 chairs. One of the sliding doors connects the living area, the other one the kitchen/dining area to the large balcony. Perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy meals close to the water’s edge. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV and and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and another flat screen TV. The main bath has a step-in shower, the 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. There's a full size washer/dryer inside the condo, free WiFi and assigned covered parking for two cars. Please note: There is not an elevator at this property.

We loved this condo. Definitely was our favorite vacation. Condo was very clean and had everything even things that weren’t listed. Loved the view from the balcony. Although it wasn’t on the beach it was a very short walk. Enjoyed the private beach!!

Steps to a sparsely populated beach. Spacious living quarters. Great deck. Fabulous spot. We plan to go again.

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My only comment is- it doesn’t have the normal left over items like I’m accustomed to at other VRBO places. Ie- salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, condiments in the kitchen. We worked around it and left those items so hopefully they get used by the next guest!

We loved the location of the property. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. We wish it had a grill somewhere on the property. When we got there we didn’t have tv or wifi. The rental company wasn’t open on the weekend except for emergencies or that Monday bc it was a holiday so we were there for 4 days before we got internet or tv. I messaged the rental company but they weren’t responsive until Tuesday. I had my infant with me and the monitor needs wifi to work so it was very inconvenient not having it. No one tried to make it right or offer to give a discount or anything. It was just “oh sorry”. They could have been better about that.
