Then we invite you to come stay with us in Indian Shores. Our condo is privately owned, personally managed, and intended to be as great an escape for your family as it is for ours.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Set within a small complex of only 15 total units, our 2BR/2.5BA condo was completely renovated in Nov 2018 for a clean, airy, welcoming, beach feel. The open floor plan on the main level is highlighted by a large balcony that is perfect for meals or just relaxing. The second floor offers two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a master balcony perfect for some quite time overlooking the gulf. Set just back from the beach, you are just steps away from a semi-private beach that stretches for miles in both directions.

Indian Shores is a great family location, situated almost exactly between the world famous St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The townhome is within walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants, and activities.

LIVING AREAS
The first-floor living area has ample seating, a sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and a 50” TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and the dining room table folds out to seat 4 to 6 comfortably. The sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony with gulf views, plenty of dining space, and a spiral staircase leading down to the beach access.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Between the pullout sofa in the living area and two bedrooms on the second floor, this townhome easily sleeps six guests comfortably.
Listen to the surf from the king bed in the master bedroom. Amenities include a TV, a walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Great for kids, the second bedroom has full (not twin) bunk beds, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A pack n play is also provided for that smallest of beach goers, as well as a toddler size mattress.
A half bathroom is located on the first floor.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable in the main living area, and Amazon Fire TV in each bed room. Netflix available in each room (with your own account). Beach gear including chairs, cooler, tent, bikes, and kayak are located in the private beach closet. Beach towels are also provided. The townhome also has an in-unit washer/dryer and reserved carport parking for two cars (parked in tandem).

Please note that this 3rd-story townhome does not have an elevator and can only be accessed via stairs.

THE LOCATION
When dining out, you’ll have plenty of options within a short walk. For a local seafood spot with live music and water views, check out Caddy’s Pub. Or make your way to Original Pizza & Restaurant for Sicilian-style, thin-crust pies, subs, and hearty Italian fare. To top off your meal with a sweet treat, pop into Haze Ice Cream for a unique range of flavors in an artisanal ice cream parlor. Take your bikes for a short ride to the collection restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach, a mile to the north or a for a nice sit down dinner at the Salt Rock Grill a mile to the south.

Tired of the beach, play a game of mini-golf and feed the alligators at Smuggler’s Cove (a 2-minute drive), check out Splash Harbor water park (5 minutes away), or head to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (4 minutes). Great shopping, dining, fishing tours, and night life can be found within a 15 min drive north or south to Clearwater or John’s Pass areas.
