My husband and I always enjoy our stay. This is our 4th April staying here. Everything was great except the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. We were glad to see new area rugs and bath towels were upgraded. Hoping to make it back!!

We come for spring break and this is an amazing place! The view cannot be beat and it is steps to the beach. The condo was comfortable, clean, and the small thing to fix was done quickly and efficiently. We love the location and the trolley makes it so easy to get everywhere without worrying about parking. It's our favorite spot and we can't wait to come back next year! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

The condo was absolutely amazing!! The panoramic view was so awesome. The view of the Gulf and only steps away from the beach was perfect. The condo was decorated so nicely and very clean! We will definitely be back next year.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. The view of the beach is awesome. Parking is convenient to stairs, a/c works good. The owner uses a management service that replies to complaints from the renter and they get addressed one by one. That seems to be the only way improvements get done here. The front door sticks and hard to open, tvs are outdated with limited cable, no mattress covers. Tried to open window next to dining table but hinge is broken. Mix matched furniture and floor lamp loose. It would not take much to make this a 5 star place. Renting where the owner is involved makes all the difference unfortunately not the case here.
