The condo was fantastic, clean and well stocked. We loved it and have stayed there previously.
The only negative was the people in Unit 1. My grown kids got up and left early (7am) to go to Universal Studios, got back late (11pm) and the complained about the early morning footsteps and late night footsteps… banged on the ceiling with an ( I assume) broom handle.
I would suggest checking the ceiling for damage.
As Paul, in the beachfront condo stated… there will be footstep noise etc when in a condo.

Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall we were very happy and would stay there again. Our first time on the Gulf side and we loved it. Cleanliness I would give a 4 out of 5 only because there was sand in the master bedroom floor and in the master bath there was someone else’s soap left in the shower. We kept our shoes at the front door so we knew it wasn’t our sand. In fairness though we never complained about these things. The condo had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is an excellent place to stay in Indian Shores, we were not directly on the beach but the very short walk down the stairs and to the sand was not bad. There is a closet on the lower level to store all your beach gear. AC works great! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and just yards away from the condo. Plenty of places to go and eat within walking distance. Sunsets were magnificent!
