About this house rental
This home is a safe and easy 2 minute walk to the white sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A HEATED POOL and deck are located directly on the Intracostal waterway where you can enjoy dolphin watching, fishing and kayaking. Indian Shores is a beautiful, quiet community with great restaurants and shops, situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
Free High Speed WiFi, a 65" Smart TV, Gas Grill, Garage, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Fishing Poles and all the comforts of home.
The master suite features a KING-size bed, LED Smart TV, walk-in closet and full bath.
The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, LCD TV, walk-in closet and full bath.
Other features include a FULLY-equipped kitchen (owner loves to cook so you won't be missing anything), flat-top stove, ice maker, full size washer & dryer, and central air/heat.
The spacious living room leads to a deck overlooking a water & mangrove view which is very peaceful and quiet.
We’ve taken great efforts to make sure everything you need is here to make your vacation complete. Just pack your clothes and relax. Come enjoy our home away from home as we do.
Cleaning supplies such as dish soap, antibacterial soap and bathroom cleaning solutions will be provided along with cleaning equipment to utilize during your stay.
Deposits: 50% down to reserve, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Please inquire for monthly rate discounts.
Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival = deposit refunded. Within 60 days prior to arrival = deposit becomes non-refundable.
*Rental agreement will be sent upon confirmed reservation. A signed copy is required to be returned accepting all property rules and regulations.
Accepting payment through VRBO, Venmo, Zelle and Credit Cards through PayPal. Very easy & secure. You don't need a PayPal account.

Beautiful condo in a great location! The condo was clean, plenty of linens & kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the pool & the short walk to the beach was perfect. Ice cream shop in front was perfect as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Accomodations were great, unit had everything you could possibly want and then some.Veiw of the intercostal from the pool was great and right across the street from beautiful Gulf coast. Convenient little store right at front of units was also nice. I Would deffinitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores, Fl. We are older and we did not know when we rented this apartment that there was no elevator access to the front door. I should have researched it more. We managed but it was a little tough for us to get up and down so many stairs. The condo could have been a little cleaner but I took care of that and there were plenty of cleaning products to get the job done. We loved having a well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer was a blessing also. Especially with our Granddaughter there. I think with some updates to the place, such as newer living room furniture this place would be awesome!
