About this apartment rental
My condo is a direct ocean front with no obstructions and is located on the sixth floor. I also own and fully insured with minivans stationed at airports for your convenience. They are an extra cost but I can usually beat competition buy 50%. We also own two other condos next door they are VRBO # 786204 or1462091 or 2813590 Recent upgrades have included brand new living room furniture, all new flat screen tv's, patio furniture, full bed in 3rd bedroom with Sterns and Foster mattress, and all new stainless steel appliances. Just received new paint throughout the entire condo. The master bedroom has its own 45 inch flat screen tv along with sliding glass doors that walk out to a balcony overlooking the ocean. This condo is not your typical rental accommodation. I also own two other condos next door that are totally remodeled in Sandcastle two and sandcastle three {sandcastle two is VRBO # 786204 or sandcastle three VRBO # 1462091 }. We provide high quality linens along with a fully stocked kitchen. As an added benefit, we provide items that most rentals make you bring or rent. Also, The Pub Restaurant is located directly across the street which offers a full service menu, and a bar with deck out back on the intercoastal to watch boats and dolphins. These condos are both located within walking distance to local eateries. The nearest airport is located 9 miles away which is Clearwater/St. Petersburg (PIE). Tampa airport is located 25 miles from the condos. Bush Gardens Amusement Park is located less than 45 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios are located 1 hour and 20 minutes away. John's Pass is less than 10 minutes away which offers a boardwalk of shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing along with many other family activites. Staying in one of my condos will truly be a memorable experience. We rent Saturday to Saturday only and no pets are allowed in this particular condo, but I do own one that does except pets. Also service dogs are welcome in this condo because it is federal law. My wife and I truly believe our guests work really hard in order to come on vacation so we do our best in order to make it the most memorable experience that you can have. Thank you

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect - condo is beautiful and fully stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, everything you need for a great vacation. Minivan rental is also great option through the host, was very nice knowing that we had a vehicle waiting for us in the parking garage and not having to deal with renting from the airport. Host is very communicative and thorough with checkin/out instructions and the throughout the whole process. Close to restaurants and some beach shops - location is great right between Clearwater and St Pete! Key an eye on the water in the morning as we were able to spot some dolphins super close to shore on our last day.

Perfect sunset view from the nice size balcony was clean and well stocked with everything we needed contacted the owner he responded very quickly very close to everything. Definitely stay again great place
