Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front condo with spiral stairs from the balcony to the pool area is the perfect getaway. The solid floors throughout the condo and coastal cute decor make it comfy and clean. The private balcony on the Gulf has a sliding glass door from the living room, the master bedroom, and a private spiral staircase leading to the pool area. No need to walk down the hall and wait for an elevator to get to the beach! The living room has comfy seating and a TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a King bed, a view of the Gulf with a slider door, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have solid floors and plantation shutters. The full-size, fully equipped kitchen is just right for making memorable family meals or beach picnics. Do not feel like cooking Caddy's Waterfront restaurant is directly across the street and just a short mile to the Indian Rocks Beach downtown where you can find many eateries and shops. This condo has a washer and dryer right in the unit for your convenience. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to the US and Canada. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use. The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.

We had the best time, the condo was perfect for us, clean and we felt safe! The spiral staircase leading from condo to pool area was convenient and awesome. I know the girls would come back in a heartbeat

Our condo was very nice and clean! Having our own staircase to the pool.and.beach was really convenient. It stayed around 75 degrees in the unit which was a little warm for us. Great condo though!
