About this apartment rental

🏖🏝Summer special brand new remodel corner balconies Minivans at Tampa, Saint Petersburg/ Clearwater airports, hot tub, heated pool restaurants across the street gas grills private parking 250k remodel. Also we own three other direct ocean front condos VRBO property ids 786204, 769898, 1462091 located there along with Minivans Station at local airports Tampa international or Saint Petersburg/Clearwater for easy pickup and drop off. We only do Saturday to Saturday bookings only.

The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Rented a boat across the street and ate at Caddys a couple of times. One of the Elevators was out for a day but thats not on the owner, seemed a building issue, but had other Elevator to use. The view was amazing, steps to Elevator and beach. Sunset in the evening and sunrise from side patio was beautiful. The area was quiet, low crowds, clean beach, incredibly close to sand and water.The condo had enough space for all of us. The cleaning was not as well done as we have seen at other places, oven had some build up and smoke detector went off when baking, some dust on walls, but nothing overly bothersome. Plenty of towels and beach accessories to use. We would definitely rent again.

Right from the start, we had very good communication with the owner. The unit was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable which is hard to come by in rentals. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temperatures. Beach was as nice as you could ask for. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Thanks Philip!

The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, balcony was great, pool and hot tub worked well. New grills were nice. Location was perfect.
