About this apartment rental
Quaint space for two with outdoor hot tub, grill and available patio. Nicely decorated with large flatscreen tv. Outdoor fountain and a beautiful yard. Walking and biking trails nearby. Come enjoy if you wish. Airport about 6 minutes away. Great for business trip or nice getaway.

The bed was extremely comfortable, other furnishings were nice. The shower is small (I’m 5’11” 240 pounds and it was fine for me but larger framed people might have an issue. That said, the towels, sheets, bedding etc were all great. There is a mini fridge (no freezer) which hosts stock with water and they also put out several snack options. Room also has a coffee maker, toaster, fold out desk and office chair, large smart tv with all major apps, and AC unit that worked great and was easy to control. Communication, check in, access was easy and convenient and hosts were very nice. It was a cheaper option than any hotels in town and I would 100% stay there again when in Eugene. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway and access is around the side of the main house.
