About this apartment rental
Chrysalis Cottage awaits to be your Eugene landing pad. This cozy studio offers a home away from home with all the amenities. The back yard is fenced with covered deck. Chrysalis Cottage is perfect for a solo get away or a couple's hideout.
The space
Your own private entryway with contactless check in and smart lock. A comfy queen bed and roll away bed. Enjoy your own covered deck rain or shine. The deck and outdoor space is surrounded by a fence so your space is private. A little free library for our guests to peruse and a collection of paintings to admire.
Smart tv has Amazon Prime, & Apple Tv. There is a heater to keep you warm.
I have games, some art supplies and Frisbees for frisbee golf.

Your stay comes with a parking space in the driveway, visible from your kitchen window.
The entrance has a keyless lock for your convenience.

This great location is close to the center of Eugene where you will find an eclectic array of restaurants, music venues and fine dining. Within two miles you will find The Hult Center, The Cuthbert Amphitheater, fairgrounds, Saturday market, the artsy Whitaker Neighborhood, miles of bike paths, Eugene’s Library, Westmoreland Park disc golf & 20 art galleries.
Within 3 miles you will find U of O and Autzen Stadium.
Host is onsite in a separate home. We are warm and friendly but also respect if you wish a private retreat with little or no interaction. No pets allowed.

Kind host & lovely spot to stay. Pretty and cozy interior and cute covered back deck. Visiting our Univ of Oregon freshman, it was so nice to have a place that felt comfortable for 5 night stay and our Duck appreciated coming to visit for study breaks.

Wonderful place, appreciated no fragrance used for bedding and towels, bed was very comfortable, covered area for sitting in small back yard would be great in nice weather! Well equipped kitchen, everything clean and in great condition. Loved the art! Super place!

Jane is a superlative host. Not only are the accommodations clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming - she also includes so many thoughtful amenities. I was weary from travel after getting my college age kids to town and settled in their apartment so it was extra nice when, at the end of the day, I returned to the cottage to find the fridge stocked with waters and other beverages as well as snacks in the kitchen. She also provided a generous amount of coffee along with cream and sugar and a selection of teas. I didn’t cook on this trip but the kitchen was well-equipped should you choose to do so. I appreciated the included parking spot too. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to paint with the supplies that were provided. I highly recommend Jane’s property for your stay in Eugene.
