Summary:
Private studio with its own entrance and dedicated driveway parking in the walkable Whiteaker neighborhood. Enjoy breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants just a few blocks away, then return to a quiet residential setting.
Private patio. Dog-friendly (up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome), ideal for travelers with pets. Fast Wi-Fi and coffee provided. Close to downtown and the University of Oregon (3 miles). A simple, relaxed home base for short or extended stays in Eugene.
The Space:
Our studio is filled with natural light and feels spacious with its high ceilings. Enjoy easy access to neighborhood grocery stores and a wide variety of food and beverage options nearby, with downtown and the University of Oregon just a short drive away.
The space includes a queen bed with a Casper mattress, comfortable sofa with smart TV, cozy blankets, books, and card games. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and natural soaps, lotion, and hair care products are provided.
The kitchen is set up for simple meals with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner induction stove, microwave, pots and pans, olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, sweeteners, drip coffee maker, and French press.
Additional comforts include fast Wi-Fi, AC and heat (ductless mini split), air purifier, white noise machine, and driveway parking.
Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets, and ironing supplies are provided. The laundry room is accessed off the studio living area and is shared with the main house; it is the only shared space on the property.
There is an extra large wire dog crate, bed, blanket, bowls, towels for muddy paws, and waste bags. We ask that dogs not be left alone in the home, but understand that sometimes it may be necessary, in which case they need to be crated.
A landscaper services the property on Mondays or Tuesdays, and trash bins are taken to the curb Thursday night or Friday morning.

Studio guests have access to the entire studio, driveway parking, the private fenced back patio, and the shared laundry room.

The Whiteaker is one of Eugene's oldest neighborhoods. It's a low-traffic area great for walking or biking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, food carts, breweries, distilleries, and wineries.
Street parking is easy to find throughout the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Driveway parking is reserved for studio guests and accommodates one vehicle. Street parking is also available.
