Nicely remodeled one bedroom one bath cottage in the River Road area of Eugene, close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to dine in. House has T.V. no cable but does have Wi-Fi and DVD player. This house is within 15 min. of the airport. Have a nice sleep before a early flight out. This house is pet friendly. The yards are not fenced, but we are close to a park to walk.

We loved our stay at the Piccolo. Great location, nice safe place to stay. Loved the little touches like the Keurig Coffee, and granola bars. It was also nice to have some condiments already in the refrigerator and a dog friendly place to stay. We'll definitely stay there again.

Our family of four and our doodle stayed here in Nov for a ducks game. Great little setup, just as advertised, with a few snacks, kitchen staples and a cute park about a block away to walk the dog to. Great deal as we did two nights here for the same as one at the outrageously expensive Eugene hotels on game day. Not walking distance to Downtown/Autzen, but an Uber ride easily solved that!

The cottage was exactly as described. Perfect little spot for some quiet rest and relaxation. I would definitely stay there again. The yard was gorgeous! I would love to see it in the spring and summer.

This home was lovely inside and out. It was very cozy and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay! The flowers and landscape is gorgeous! I’ve never seen such tall Zinnias and marigolds! We will definitely be back!

Checkin and out were easy. The cottage is small, but has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the washer/dryer and it was pet friendly. We have one small dog who seemed comfortable there. I would have appreciated two more chairs to sit outside or at the table because we had family visit one evening… even folding chairs would be lovely. Clean and quiet in a great neighborhood. Recycling was easy too. Thank you!

We arrived later than we wanted to and we are so sad we did. This little cottage was amazing! They thought of everything and made us feel so at home. Even arriving late there was a light on to greet us. Beautiful flowers surrounded this place. A little slice of heaven. Thank you for your hospitality! We loved it!

The cottage is the perfect quiet location with off street parking for one night or a week. Communication with the host was easy, as was the check-in process. We had all the amenities and more that we could need and felt very comfortable during our stay. A big bonus was the gorgeous yard and landscaping with tons of nice flowers. Will bookmark this place for future stays.

Our stay at the Piccolo Cottage was wonderful. The cottage is charming, comfortable, functional, and very clean. The hosts have paid attention to detail in the interior and exterior decoration. The place conformed to the description on VRBO. It even exceeded our expectations. A great find, and definitely a place we will bookmark for future trips.

This was a quick pit stop for us, and it was okay but it could of definitely been cleaner. There was a booger on the shower wall, a used wash cloth in the bathroom, popcorn in the couch. The house was nice and cool when we arrived which was lovely because it was very hot outside.

This place was comfortable for our overnight stay. It was quiet, the bed was soft, and everything worked as anticipated. The only thing I would change is that far too much fragrance was used on the bedding and soft furnishings.

The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought when I had indicated I have a Golden Retriever and a Chocolate Lab, you might have commented the yard doesn't really have a fenced in area. We expected to spend time with our dogs, but we also hoped to be able to leave them at the place, not locked in the house. Outside of that stumbling block it was awesome. Thank you

The house is adorable, very cozy. My mom and I were in Eugene for a harvest fair and stayed. The house was clean, perfect for just the two of us. Great location, also quiet! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, sofa bed is comfortable as well! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

When you drive up? The cottage is awash with glorious flowers. It feels immediately like a home away from same. Throughout there are touches of "what would I want if I were staying here." Cold water in the fridge, protein bars, tea, coffee, books, local restaurants - we'll be back there!

Lovely little cottage with everything provided, including a flower garden and an apple tree. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Close to the EUG airport & River Road/Santa Clara neighbors. This is a 5 star location for folks who want peace & quiet. The reason for the 3 star rating is that this cottage is not within walking distance to services. However, it is a short walk to the Willamette River walking trail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those looking for a quiet getaway.

Great little place was very comfortable for 2. Convenient location. We had our dogs with us, and our hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Note that there is not a fenced yard, but there is a grassy area and a park within very close walking distance.
