Really enjoyed this property. Very peaceful and quiet in a nicely kept neighborhood. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough from downtown to be low-key. Simple, comfortable, and effective. Was able to take work calls then enjoy a little time in the garden in an Adirondack chair next to the (very impressive) blossoming garlic in a sunny space. Eve was a great host - everything was clear and hassle free, I felt like I had great privacy, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, simple, mellow place with a nice aesthetic.

Perfect for my needs. Great quiet neighborhood! So convenient to Hayward and cute neighborhood eateries close by.

Property was clean, quiet, secure, managers were attentive. We did not care for the sleeping arrangement on a couch pull out. Secondly, there was no traditional coffee maker, and no microwave. Lastly, the TV did not work and there was no instructions for set up or use.
