Welcome to Jade East 1220
Our vacation residence is like no other in Jade East. We have spared no expense in creating the kind of luxury vacation residence that you’ll be amazed by from the moment you set foot in the property. We’ve made sure our vacation condominium has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us. You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we continue to add special touches that make it the perfect environment for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience. It’s home, but better. After all, it’s located on the world’s most beautiful beach. And from this wonderful spot you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. No matter how beautiful we’ve made the inside we find ourselves spending lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars to enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee. Make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.
The resort is doing their elevator modernization project starting March of 2025 and one elevator will be shut down at a time during this project.

-1500 Square Feet of Living Space on the 12th floor
-3 bedrooms, 3 bath sleeping up to 10
-160+ Square Feet of Balcony
-The Living room seats 7
-Living Room entertainment center has a 46” Flat Screen, DVD, Stereo
-The Living Room also has a small wet bar with a small fridge & icemaker
-Dining Area seats 6 around an oval glass table and kitchen bar seats 4
-Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel appliances
-Fully equipped Kitchen including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 28” TV and DVD, gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has garden tub and shower and a large double vanity and heat lamps
-2nd Master has 2 FULL beds and a 19” TV and DVD
-The 2nd bath has a shower
-3rd Bedroom has a 2 TWIN beds, and a 19” TV
-The 3rd bath has a tub/shower combination
-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

Jade East is a unique boutique resort Asian style building located in the heart of Destin. It’s convenient to all of the attractions that vacationers to Destin want but it’s a gated resort building so that you can feel safe while you’re here. It’s located minutes from world-class golf, challenging sport fishing, exquisite restaurants and boutique shops. The resort has a great many wonderful features:

-19 floors in one tower with 3 high speed elevators
-500 feet of white sand beach frontage with easy access

This is a very nice and clean unit. The views of the ocean and the beach are absolutely stunning. It was very comfortable. I was annoyed that they did not supply beach towels for beach chairs, you have to pay 55/day at the beach or you have to go to Walmart to buy them yourself, which is much more economical. They also don't supply coffee filters or oil or salt and pepper, so you'll have to buy those as well. These were just minor annoyances. Otherwise, it was a wonderful unit on the 12th floor and I would definitely go back

Our stay went well. Property was as described. Host communicated check-in information in a timely manner which made arrival smooth. We were lucky to receive a text upon arrival into Destin that are rental was ready early so that was a nice added bonus. Not a negative but only thing we found was that unit pictures showed a basketball hoop on property that is no longer there. Not a big deal to us but son was a bit bummed it wasn’t there. Otherwise everything went well and unit had a beautiful view of the golf and worked perfectly for our family of four. Could have had a few more join us as there was plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was clean and everything was in working order. There was every kitchen utensil that you would need. It is a beautiful location with great views of the gulf. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating for everyone. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Overall the property was clean but we noticed several things looked unkept and needs updates.. furniture was old and dated. Kids headboards werent even attached to frame. Balcony sliding doors and trim was peeling off. Faucet in kitchen sink falling apart.
Overall the property was fine and clean but just needs updated looks very used.
