Ask the locals and they’ll tell you, the aqua water of the Emerald Coast contrasted by its pure white sand is a sight that still makes our hearts do a little happy dance. That’s why a stay at this Destin beachfront condo continually elicits ooohs and aahs from its guests- the views of the Gulf are simply glorious from the floor to ceiling windows and furnished balcony.
It's also important to locals that guests experience real southern hospitality and Jade East 820 plans on absolutely spoiling her temporary family. Recently upgraded, the list of updates includes a fully stocked kitchen with a stone waterfall countertop and stainless-steel appliances; a Primary suite boasting a huge bathroom with a giant walk-in shower, double sinks in granite countertops and access to the beachfront balcony; and a wet bar topped with black marble adjacent to the living room. In fact, the interior is so well done in a modern beach style that you may take inspiration from its design.
More than just a stylish condo, Jade East 820 comes with many amenities. Deeded beach access, tennis courts, grilling areas, in-condo laundry facilities, a fitness center, numbered parking and a beach front pool deck are among the perks. Moreover, lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance while golf courses, malls and many more entertainment options are within a few miles' radius.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

The view from the master and balcony is stunning! We loved being close to everything! Condo is very nice! Only complaint would be that the master bed room gets extremely hot during the day even with the fan on it feels like a sauna! We had to keep the blinds closed all day with the fan on and it was still hot! Also some of the door knobs do not lock! Will still stay here again!

This was an extremely nice condo with unbelievable views and super clean. The location was right across the road from big kahunas water park and adventure park, less than 10 min to the harbor boardwalk and about 22 minutes to the baytowne marina. Saw super friendly security in the parking lot and around the pool area, which left me feeling secure. Overall definitely somewhere I would stay again and again and again.

The property was nice, a few things maintenance wise that needs attention, but overall a nice property. We had a fun relaxing getaway.
