Inside, discover a fully equipped kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for whipping up beachside snacks or family dinners. Gather in the spacious living room, complete with ample seating and a Smart TV for entertainment.
The Primary bedroom treats guests to breathtaking Gulf views, balcony access, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet for added convenience. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera doorbell.

The view of the beach and water was awesome. Definitely the best perk of the property. It is about 5 minutes from downtown Destin, and all the nice restaurants are very close in proximity. The beach was great!I would say what was lacking were the amenities themselves, primarily with the property manager. We stayed 5 nights/6 days, and they only give you 2 trash bags per can, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. There were no spices or oils available in the unit as there often are at a condo with a full kitchen. The property manager employees on site were also very cold towards guests. It was not a welcoming feel.

Excellent quality, great amount of space, wonderful location right on the beach. The stay was just what we were looking for and we will keep this on the list for future trips.
