Which is why Jade East 1450 is such a find- it’s like a refreshing current that allows land dwellers to just let go and relax. Plus, the beach views from the 14th floor, swirled with a beautifully renovated interior, create an effortless ocean of contentment.
This Destin vacation condo is not only pleasant for the soul but also to the eyes. The interior boasts many upgrades including custom glass tile backsplashes and showers throughout, engineered hardwood floors, plush furnishings and quartz counters all drenched in a ‘light and airy’ beach theme. Moreover, bonuses like electric shades on the south walls, a furnished beachfront balcony, a full-size laundry area, a luxury bathroom in the primary suite and a wet bar with an ice maker near the living room will make your stay a joy for your entire pod.
As far as amenities go, Jade East's guests are continually thrilled by the numbered parking, beachfront pool and spa deck, the tennis courts, fitness center, barbecue grills and especially the private beach access. Additionally, the location of this beachfront complex is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, The Track recreation center and shops. Or hop in the car to discover Destin’s famous fishing harbor only two miles to the west.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We absolutely loved our stay. It's in a nice building and everything was very clean and parking was pretty close. It was in a very convenient location, close to everything imaginable. The only downside is that it's difficult to turn left out of the complex because of all the traffic, but we would totally stay here again. I’ve never experienced an easier check-in/out process.
The pictures were accurate. Very pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed the stay. Very clean with upgraded appliances and auto blinds made the stay very nice.

The condo is beautiful, master bath nicely updated, but a full shower door would be nice.The master bedroom has a whistling noise which is very bothersome at night. It seems to be related to the slider, if we opened it a bit the noise stopped but then the room was very humid. The dryer take 90 minutes to dry a load of towels(no it wasn’t overloaded) which is a problem when doing laundry for 7. This is the first condo we’ve stayed in that didnt at least have a few beach toys in the closet. Overall good stay with a few frustrations.
