One of Jade East’s largest floor plans, vacation rental 140 has a very special zoning─ it's a stress-free zone! Guests rave about the first-floor location overlooking the pool and beach as well as the attention to detail in the interior. The calming beach themed decor features seabirds local to Destin and welcoming tones of sand and teal. Each room has its own curated design and the primary suite shines with its giant luxury bathroom and access to the beachfront balcony.
The amenities of 140 add to its stressless vibe. The kitchen (which boasts beautifully unique granite countertops by the way) has everything you need to meet your culinary needs. Plus, a full washer/dryer, numbered parking, deeded beach access, a fitness center, tennis courts and gated entry make this Destin vacation rental easy breezy. Moreover, the location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, beach stores, coffee shops and even Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and Arcade!
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera doorbell.

The condo is on the first floor and near the pool and beach! Great views! Close to everything. Super easy check out process. There was staff almost always out cleaning around the property - the property stayed clean. My only complaint is there was construction happening in what sounded like the room right above it. We only heard it for a few hours each day so it wasn’t terrible and most of the time we were gone during the day anyways, but if you have a little one needing a nap this could be an inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!
