Step into Jade East 850, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front retreat where breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets steal the show. This west-facing end unit offers panoramic vistas of the emerald waters from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary bedroom. A private balcony invites you to unwind with a front-row seat to the sun dipping below the horizon—and even a glimpse of the pool below.
Inside, the open floor plan creates a welcoming flow perfect for gathering with loved ones. The decor reflects a cheerful and eclectic style that adds personality and playful charm to your stay—guests often note that this unique space feels like a nostalgic retro nod to carefree beach vacations of the past.
The primary suite opens to the balcony and features a king bed, a serene Gulf view, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a garden soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king suite offers additional privacy, making it ideal for two couples or extended family. A third bedroom and full-size washer and dryer complete the space.
This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
Jade East Towers is a gated, Gulf-front high-rise in the heart of Destin, offering 19 floors of breathtaking views and direct access to a private beach exclusively for Jade guests. Enjoy a beachfront pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and grilling stations.. With Dunkin’ Donuts right outside the gate and Big Kahuna’s Water Park just across the street, convenience is unmatched. Walk to Chick-fil-A or Starbucks, or explore nearby favorites like The Donut Hole, Fudpuckers, and Fresh Market. Target, Walmart, and Publix are all within a short drive, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is just 2.6 miles away—perfect for dining, shopping, and waterfront fun.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Love location, access to beach, deck, TV’s in all rooms, floor plan, W/D, beds…. Check bathtub drains though (slow).
