We recently stayed in Jade East room 1850 and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The condo itself is very spacious, with a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the blankets were just right—not too heavy, not too light. One of my favorite features was the spa tub in the bathroom, which was perfect for winding down at night. The pool was warm, the hot tub was great, and I appreciated that management actively checked for bracelets, which made the property feel more secure and well-managed.
There were just a few minor downsides. The kitchen could use a little better stocking—there was only one knife and it was dull, so I ended up buying my own to prep food. There was also no strainer for things like shrimp or pasta, and kitchen towels were minimal. Additionally, there was some food debris under the furniture when we arrived that hadn’t been swept, which I ended up cleaning myself. The couch throw pillows also had noticeable stains and really should be replaced.
One small inconvenience at checkout: I briefly left and came back about an hour before departure time to find cleaning staff already parked in my assigned spot. I had to ask them to move so I could finish packing and leave.
Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was very positive. The comfort, space, and amenities really stood out, and we would definitely return.
Elevators were slow at times. Got better as people checked out.
There’s really nothing else I did not like about the property. It was beautiful.
