Enter into an open-concept living/dining space brimming with natural sunlight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just outside! You’ll find plenty of places for your crew to spread out, whether in the living room on the large sofa and chairs, the dining table with seating for six, or the breakfast bar. Ease into each day with a fresh cup of coffee best enjoyed on the private balcony. A well-equipped kitchen offers modern appointments and all the accessories needed to prepare delightful dishes for the ones you love. Whip up a tray of snacks, make a few cocktails at the wet bar, and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV before retiring each evening. Luxurious bedrooms await ensuring everyone a comfortable stay. Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bath, and private access to the balcony. Beautiful large ocean view with sunrise and sets everyday. Would have have given 5 stars but felt like we were being harassed by one particular security guard. He was very aggressive, felt like every time I turned around he was there, couldn’t relax when he worked.

We like condo it’s needs a little updated ex more kitchen stuff potholders pans to make kitchen better. Mattress and living furniture update. The bed rooms were perfect right types of bed. We enjoy stay !!!

The unit was nice and clean and sufficient, especially for the price! It could use some updates. The balcony had some bulky furniture that was not comfortable and took up way too much space. The kitchen could really use some new skillets, and the stove top eyes did not sit level. All in all we would rent again for the price. Beach service is great as always; we love Jade East.

Never got the code for the door till after 7:00pm had to call twice to get it. The condo was ok but for the price we paid was a little surprising that there was damage and that it had not been fixed paint coming off the bathroom and kitchen cupboards, mold in the tubs and showers BAD, outlets with no covers, grout missing in showers and in floors.
