Stationed on the western corner of Jade East towers, Destin vacation rental 1050 promises real relaxation to all her guests. "Dressed" in elegantly classic decor, the neutral tones of her art and coverings compliment the scenic Gulf views. In fact, the whole condominium is overwhelmed by the sparkle of the sun off the emerald water below which streams in through large windows.
Apart from breathtaking panoramas, 1050 has many gifts to give her temporary family. A fully stocked kitchen, a huge corner balcony and an oversized bathtub in the Primary bathroom are among her bounty.
Moreover, the amenities at Jade East are simply fantastic! Take the smooth boardwalk to hours of sunny bliss on the world's most beautiful beaches below, or nap on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. There is something to suit the whole family's tastes with tennis and basketball court, fitness facilities, grilling areas, and free wireless internet access. Plus, set in the heart of Destin, FL award winning restaurants, superb golf courses, and beautiful open-air malls are all just minutes away,

No tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We loved this condo and will definitely be back! Our group of 5 had plenty of room in this spacious unit. We all thought the beds were really comfortable. It was very clean and we loved the huge windows on two sides of the living room...nice and light. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated. Bonus: We went Christmas shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and were pleasantly surprised when the property management company texted us discount codes for almost all of the outlet stores!

Condo is in need of repair. Issues with air conditioning and doors. Toilet made noises. Welcome packet was not in unit at check in so no parking passes, resort bands, or beach chair voucher until day after check-in. Complaints were addressed but condo still needs updates.
