Jade East Towers is a unique resort located right ON THE BEACH in the heart of Destin. If you’ve never been to Jade East Towers before, you are in for a treat. Once you see this gorgeous condo with 2 KING MASTER SUITES and another SUITE with 2 QUEEN BEDS, and the living room also has a large sofa that converts into a sleeper for two, luxury furnishings & finishes and the spectacular views, you’ll never want to vacation anywhere else. This condo provides easy access to both fresh and saltwater fun to a wide range of on-site resort amenities. This unit is on the 3rd floor (about 45 feet above ground level), high enough to enjoy an amazing unobstructed ocean views, and low enough to hear the relaxing ocean waves from your private balcony. This is where you will want to catch a romantic sunset and enjoy your morning coffee. The open floor plan features spacious living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the light & Gulf views to fill the rooms. When you want to smell the sea air as you enjoy the view, you can access from both master suite as well as the living area to the large Private BALCONY to enjoy the stunning 180-degree beach views. The sunrise and sunset views are just breathtaking! It may be hard to get you back inside – but when dinner’s ready, you’ll want to be the first one seated in the dining area. The dining table seats 6 people, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The incredible master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view from the new King bed and wake up to amazing views of the Gulf. Additionally, the master suite has a very large roomy door-less shower with dual showerheads.
A fully upgraded kitchen offers granite counter tops and all the housewares you would expect at home making it an ideal place to prepare a good meal or a picnic for the beach. The bathrooms feature gorgeous granite countertops and each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Washer/Dryer are included in this unit and video rental is also available on site.
For your convenience, you are provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, beach cart, towels and sand toys in your condo master bedroom closet so you can take to the beach in lieu of spending $30 a day using the local beach service operator.
Jade East offers something to suit the entire family’s tastes with full lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness facilities, and several grilling areas. Take the boardwalk to create lasting memories on the world’s most beautiful beaches, or snooze on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. Dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking space so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.
Plus, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin and near all the fun. Nearby activities and attractions include countless restaurants such as Another Broken Egg for breakfast, Fudpuckers for lunch, and the Back Porch for dinner. Big Kahunas Water Park is located directly across the street where the kids can enjoy water slides & pools, go-carts, bumper boats, the arcade, and much more! Destin – Fort Walton Beach Airport is within 30 minutes' drive.
During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.

We loved our stay at Jade East. From the beginning we got excellent instructions and details about the property. They provide anything you could need for a beach vacation down to a beach cart to help you carry your beach equipment. The property manager was very responsive when I had to ask a question. The condo is beautiful with a beautiful view. Walk to the beach is short and easy. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Absolutely beautiful place. Could use a rocking chair in the living room but we managed rocking the 2 year old on the balcony. The owner was super nice and replied to our needs immediately. Having the cart, umbrella, beach chairs and toys was awesome. Even a rolling ice chest which we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you so much Ms Samantha

The unit was decorated so nice. It an easy walk to the beach and the beach service was wonderful. Loved the location. Great place for family with smaller kids.

We were only provided one trash bag and no paper towels. We purchased these, along with foil, sandwich bags. Per the owners instructions all this had to be thrown away at the end of our stay. They also told us to return kitchen as it was when we got there, we did the sweeping but could not find mop. I thought that would have been included in cleaning fees.
