Welcome to Jade East 1220
Our vacation residence is like no other in Jade East. We have spared no expense in creating the kind of luxury vacation residence that you’ll be amazed by from the moment you set foot in the property. We’ve made sure our vacation condominium has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us. You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we continue to add special touches that make it the perfect environment for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience. It’s home, but better. After all, it’s located on the world’s most beautiful beach. And from this wonderful spot you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. No matter how beautiful we’ve made the inside we find ourselves spending lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars to enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee. Make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.
The resort is doing their elevator modernization project starting March of 2025 and one elevator will be shut down at a time during this project.

-1500 Square Feet of Living Space on the 12th floor
-3 bedrooms, 3 bath sleeping up to 10
-160+ Square Feet of Balcony
-The Living room seats 7
-Living Room entertainment center has a 46” Flat Screen, DVD, Stereo
-The Living Room also has a small wet bar with a small fridge & icemaker
-Dining Area seats 6 around an oval glass table and kitchen bar seats 4
-Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel appliances
-Fully equipped Kitchen including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 28” TV and DVD, gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has garden tub and shower and a large double vanity and heat lamps
-2nd Master has 2 FULL beds and a 19” TV and DVD
-The 2nd bath has a shower
-3rd Bedroom has a 2 TWIN beds, and a 19” TV
-The 3rd bath has a tub/shower combination
-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
-There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

Jade East is a unique boutique resort Asian style building located in the heart of Destin. It’s convenient to all of the attractions that vacationers to Destin want but it’s a gated resort building so that you can feel safe while you’re here. It’s located minutes from world-class golf, challenging sport fishing, exquisite restaurants and boutique shops. The resort has a great many wonderful features:

-19 floors in one tower with 3 high speed elevators
-500 feet of white sand beach frontage with easy access

This condo was perfect for our girl trip of six. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the mattresses were moderate to firm plenty of pillows plenty of blankets made for a good night sleep after playing on the beach all day. When in the condo, most of the time spent was on the balcony because the views are beautiful. It’s also so convenient to just walk to the elevator down to the beach level and walk out to your chair sitting there waiting for you with an umbrella. We rented our chairs and umbrella each day and it was totally worth it not having to carry all of that stuff down is a great reminder on vacation. When we got there, we noticed our blender had a big crack in the side of it took a picture and just sent it to our host Jim really just to let them know that it was like that when we got there. When we got back up to the condo after being on the beach, a new blender was sitting there in its box waiting for us to use. We felt very taken care of. Other services we used from town while staying at the condo we used Uber, and ordered pizzas from Merlin‘s who delivered to our door. Many years of my life I have visited from Santa Rosa down to Apalachicola, this is my first time to Destin and plan on returning in September.

The location is great. Pool was fun. Privacy of area is nice. Very safe. Balcony was a favorite morning spot. Gym is well equipped. The beach service Trey was amazing.

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. I loved the convenience to the beach. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. This was one of the best balcony set ups we have had. The view was gorgeous. The place is decorated very nice. Each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our family. We would for sure stay here again.

Overall the property was clean but we noticed several things looked unkept and needs updates.. furniture was old and dated. Kids headboards werent even attached to frame. Balcony sliding doors and trim was peeling off. Faucet in kitchen sink falling apart.
Overall the property was fine and clean but just needs updated looks very used.
