Upon entering, the ambiance transports you to the shores of the sparkling Gulf, offering an immediate sense of relaxation. Marvel at the emerald waves from your private balcony, unwind on the beach as the sun sets, or experience the magic of an evening swim under the moonlight on the tropical pool deck.
Inside, Jade East 1040 boasts a chef-ready kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary suite indulges with an oversized bathtub, a wall-mounted flat screen, and a separate entrance to the balcony. Architectural finesse is evident with travertine tile floors and the beachy chic decor only enhances the overall sense of luxury.
Beyond the comfortable interior, the exterior of Jade East offers an array of amenities. Exclusive gates open to reveal a tennis court, pickleball court and a deeded beach access. The Jade East amenities also include a fitness facility, and a grilling deck. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Agency made it very easy from check-in to check-out. Great customer service. We loved the unit and all it had to offer. Security is on it so be certain to hang parking pass in your car asap. I didn't feel the wrist bands were necessary either given all the codes. We will definitely be back.

This was by far the best stay I’ve had in Destin! Everything was just as it is in the pictures. We will definitely be back!

We had an okay time TVs could have been bigger it wasn’t clean to my ability at least Needs a little maintenance but probably wouldn’t stay again only reason I gave 3 stars because my kids said they had fun
