During Holidays we require a 4-night minimum. All other times, nightly rentals available.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No tents or canopies allowed on beach.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We love jade east due to its location and beach access. Can’t beat being right on the beach.

Jade East seems to be an older property and guests should expect aging and wear. This is not a luxury property and if I were following hotel ratings, this one would be 2 stars. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, the furnishings look fine although the rug does look dirty, as another reviewer mentioned.
The property manager was excellent, the guys that manage the chairs were great and it was nice chairs were included. The beach is lovely and it was nice to have a view. The balcony is small and the chairs on the balcony are starting to wear.
