About this apartment rental
FIVE STAR NUMBER ONE RATED GULF SHORES RESORT. Family friendly, this is a wonderful location for your vacation. This lovely two-bedroom, two and one half bath is located on the Club Level, exquisitely decorated and lovely accommodations with fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. All of the bathrooms have been updated. Step out onto the balcony from your master
bedroom suite to watch the sun rise over the Gulf. A king-size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second room along with a sleeper sofa in the main area complement this property. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and shower with the master including a toilet with door. All of the flooring is LVP or tile providing the highest level of cleanliness.
A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The kitchen was updated in 2024 with all new appliances, granite and cabinets were refaced. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located close to the elevators on the 15th floor making getting to the Condo easy and the views fantastic!
Five pools and hot tubs are available on property plus two restaurants and many other amenities. There is a fine dining restaurant and lounge with indoor and outdoor seating available. There are two gift shops and the Village Market on property where you can purchase food, drinks, beer and wine, and other sundries along with casual dining. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Tiki Bar. In addition, there is a soda fountain and delicious ice cream parlor located at the Village Mercantile.
There are regular activities for all ages on property as well as world renowned golf located immediately near by to include Kiva Dunes, The Peninsula, and Craft Farms to name only a few.
The racquet club offers challenging competition for the tennis enthusiast. Tennis Round Robins and organized tourneys are regularly scheduled.
We are members at the Club and pay a monthly fee that allows our guests to join on a daily basis for a fee payable at the Club.
Electric care chargers are available in the Club Parking and they are Chargepoint chargers.
The BC charges $40 vehicle registration fee, per vehicle, per stay.

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, and Fiona was so responsive to questions we had before our arrival. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable during our week there. The view from the balcony was fantastic! We also loved the pools, restaurants, and family activities on the lawn! The only thing we didn’t LOVE is that the resort takes up most of the beach with multiple rows of rental chairs (most remained unoccupied throughout the day) leaving very little space for those bringing their own chairs and umbrellas. In order to get a spot, you had to go down to set up well before 7am. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay! The condo was perfect, and the resort was great! Thanks, Fiona, for recommending Jesse’s on the Bay! It was incredible!!

Loved the property and how well everything was stocked. Plenty of linens, towels and also a fully stocked kitchen that included coffee, filters, and lots of other extras. Easy communication with the host as well. We did have one child sleep on the pull out sofa and the mattress is very thin and you can feel the springs though it, so my only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the mattress or get a mattress topper for it but thats just a minor inconvenience. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great Condo and great place - Very nice Owner . Unfortunately, in order to be together on the beach as we were not allowed to even purchase the chair set -ups , we all had to haul all our stuff to last boardwalk and then walk a long way further down the beach and sit behind others in the same boat . Most of those chair setups that took up the whole beach were empty the majority of the time we were there -while the rest of us renters were packed on 2 far ends on top of each other. We were also asked to move 1 day because they set addtl. empty chairs out after we set up behind us !
