A604: This is a luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Avalon Tower which is Right on the Beach with a Direct Gulf view. The living room and master bedroom's tall sliding glass doors open onto the balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include: WiFi, granite counters, double sink master vanity and walk-in closet, jetted master tub, tall ceilings, beautiful art, quality furnishings, ceiling fans, and 4 HDTVs! At the foot of the tower, you will have access to the pool, wading pool and jacuzzi, plus the boardwalk to the beach is right past the pool. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 1 Queen & 1Twin, 2 single roll-away beds and a double inflatable bed. There is a large couch but no sleeper. All three bedrooms adjoin a full bath. All bed and bath linens are supplied and a 'starter' set of toiletries and paper goods. Bring beach towels, food, and basic kitchen and bath disposable products. The full-size kitchen is stocked with full size major stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, all minor appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Also, for your convenience, a 'stack' washer and dryer is in the utility room across from the kitchen. You can lounge and enjoy drinks and meals on the balcony or have a full meal at the dining table and bar, there is plenty of seating for all! The living room furniture is large and comfortable.
Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

This was a very nice and well equipped condominium that allowed me and my entire family are comfortable and inviting place to stay. The amenities they offer are great. They also have activities free on kids and direct beach access my entire family had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great! Needs a few updates, but everything was functional. Well stocked kitchen, master bed was firm but mostly comfortable, guest rooms need newer mattresses. We ended up staying 2 extra days! Will definitely book again with Pam, just not this condo. We realized that we need another bedroomFor our family!

The apartment had plenty of room for the family to spread out. The view was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The place was immaculate.

We liked the Beach Club resort and enjoyed the beach, pool and many amenities. We did not purchase the resort bracelets for added amenities because we felt, for our group, it was unnecessary.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the condo. Cleanliness: we discovered hair and sand in one of the beds; there was stuck-on food on the kitchen cabinets; the louvered door to the utility closet was covered in lint. Maintenance: the condo was tired-looking with chipped paint on walls and cabinets; kitchen chair cushions and bedding were stained; we had to use travel sized shampoos to prop up 2 of the bathroom sink drains or they wouldn't drain; on arrival one of the toilets was not flushing properly and it took 2 days for maintenance to come fix it.
We would stay at the Beach Club Resort again, just not this condo.
