About this apartment rental
The Beach Club is a luxury resort located about 15 minutes west of Gulf Shores in a beautiful, secluded and uncrowded area of the coast.
Avalon 809 is a two bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo with a King bed master bedroom, two Twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. All mattresses are new. This condo is located on the 8th floor right on the beach with a spectacular view overlooking the Avalon pool, palm tree promenade, and the sugar white sand and waves on the Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that lead to a large furnished balcony to enjoy the sight and sounds of the beach.
New owners have repainted, replaced most of the furniture and décor in the living and dining room, and created a unique wine and craft beer bar with two zone refrigerator and ice maker across from the kitchen. Previous upgrades included matching granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms along with large floor tile. All three toilets have been replaced with comfort height.
There is free WIFI throughout, a new 65" Samsung Smart TV, a 48" Samsung Smart TV, and a 37" Vizio HDTV along with two DVD players in the living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own private adjoining bath. Plus, the hallway bath is very convenient if you have guests. Relax at the end of the day in the master bath jetted tub.
Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just bring your food, drinks and paper goods and dine at the new six chair dining set along with three counter top chairs. In the kitchen pantry is a a combo washer/dryer.
The beautiful Avalon pool is located at the foot of the tower and has a wading pool and a jacuzzi. A convenient boardwalk leads to the beach and has showers. Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service. A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! Shopping and a salon are on site, too! You will have access to the pool and hot tubs at the foot of the tower.
Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

The fireworks display that the Beach Club provided to their guests was outstanding. The Beach Club is a very nice resort. We like being a bit out from the massive crowds. This particular condo was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful quiet beach:) beds were super comfortable and decor was lovely. The master bath had a tub straight from heaven! Super big with jets! And of course if I had any questions or concerns with anything Mrs Pam was super quick to help:) perfect family vacation ❤️❤️❤️

The description of the place is accurate. Nice to have the balcony to watch and listen to the waves. Beds were as good as you get at rental properties. We love the beach club and how nice it is and alway enough room on the beach and in the pool. There were a few things that were addressed in about 24-36 hours later - coffee pot broke, sliding glass door whistled with the heavy winds, ice maker in freezer broke. I would stay here again. Things happen and that is to be expected but the place was beautiful safe and fun. I would bring my own pillow next time. We brought food and made supper which was really good. I would also get up early and go on the beach before sunrise and go out at night - these times are beautiful. Also just go ahead and order the chairs and umbrella ahead of time. The pass for the main building isn’t necessary. Pam is great to work with. I go right to her website and look for places.

We did a quick weekend getaway and this was exactly what we were looking for. I let my phone go dead on the beach and didn't have access to my door code late (after hours, on the weekend) and the clubhouse was able to call Pam's group and they were quick to get me the code.
