About this apartment rental
Avalon 203, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/two bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 2nd floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom! The balcony overlooks the endless sugar white beach, Avalon pool, wading pool and hot tub and all of the other pools! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay.
Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

The layout of the condo worked very well for accommodating guests. The view was exactly what we hoped for. Sunsets from the balcony were incredible. Nice short walk to the beach, hot tub was perfect for relaxation. The Beach Club Resort and Spa is a beautiful facility. Close enough to town but far enough to not be in the crowds.

Cleanliness was pretty poor upon arrival- fake fingernails on table, multiple dirty socks found, used bar of soap still in shower, and there was the previous guests' full medication bottle under the bedskirt that was thankfully found by us and not our young children. I texted immediately the number listed and did not get a response until 2 days later. All that was said was "sorry about the housekeeping issues. Housekeeping will come get the medicine." Which they never did. There was one other issue with a door that wouldnt lock that was solved the same day text was answered. As listed, the kitchen was poorly stocked- bare minimum of everything, no spatula, no oven mits. Pots were dirty and old/peeling. Twins beds are really high off the ground- would bring a bed rail if you have young kids you to plan to put there. King master is spacious if you need to put a pack and play and/or air mattress for little kids in there. We liked like the location of the unit- right by the pool. Good location for young kids. Spacious patio that seats a lot of people. Check in and communication beforehand was very smooth. Overall pretty average stay.
