Beach Club B-1208 is a three-bedroom, three-bath Gulf-front condominium located on the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom.
• Brand-new wood flooring is throughout the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.
• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
• Living area has a sofa sleeper.
• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.
Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):
• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.
Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.
Additional Features & Rules:
• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

Pros: The unit itself was great for space. The property was beautiful and just as described. Checkin was very easy. Cons: The unit needed to be mopped. Our feet got filthy the first day just walking around the unit barefoot. There was no mop available for use. The king bedroom mattress needs replaced. It had a large indentation in the middle that you constantly roll into. Couch cushions also need reinforcement. Checkout should not included making sure dishes are put away. When you’re leaving in the morning early, it’s nice to have a quick meal and turn the dishwasher on to run the mornings dishes and leave the unit with the dishwasher running. I’ve actually never stayed at a unit that required dishes to be completely put away and not just in the dishwasher running.Also, for a rental of 8 days, giving only one dishwasher pod and very limited toilet paper is not adequate. There was a coffee pot and keurig available and most of our prior rentals offered a welcome basket with coffee so you don’t have to immediately go to the grocery store to get that but there is no welcome basket here. There’s not even salt or pepper. My only complaints about the property (not unit) are that the pools were cold outside and the heated indoor one was always very busy. The hot tubs were also very dirty (spring break week and little kids in the hot tub constantly). Would have loved to have seen an age curfew in the pools/hot tub so adults could enjoy at the end of the days without kids.

We stayed at the condo for a week with another family. The kids shared the bunk room. It was the perfect size and very clean! The Beach Club had all amenities we were looking for. The indoor and heated outdoor pool were perfect. In addition, the beach had white sand and was beautiful. I would stay here again! Thank you!

The room was very clean, the beach view was great. The kitchen was loaded with any appliance/dishware you could think of. Would recommend this place as a great one to stay at!!

Loved the view of the beach! We had a wonderful time. Having access to well-stocked kitchen equipment and laundry was clutch!
